Background
The client had a high number of long-standing employees who had great skills and knowledge, however a number of Kpi’s were below target.
New starters joining the business were trained by “Experienced” employees who had developed many bad habits / knacks over many years, which they then trained the new employee’s, giving varying issues.
The client requested we build a purpose-built training program for all operations employees in order to improve Safety, Quality Ergonomics and reduce costs.
