The world Pandemic (COVID-19) had a big impact of the financial stability of the business and the company looked at ways of diversifying its products in order to support its current customers and deliver long term employment to its employee’s
The company developed a plan to supply the UK government with PPE (Face visors) to help reduce the number of COVID-19 deaths and reduce the number of positive cases, to support the UK NHS.
The company wanted to set up a dedicated Manufacturing facility to support the large number of orders required by the NHS each month. They engaged Golden Thread Training Ltd to support with an Interim Operations Director role.
