Background
The client wanted to develop a change management process which would deliver significant reductions in the time taken to raise, agree and implement the required changes.
Our consultants made an initial assessment of the current 4 nations operational performance and identified the need to hold 4 cross nation workshops to develop and agreed the plan for improvement. These workshops were held in each nation’s locations with clear responsibility of the hosts to facilitate these workshops and make them value added.
